She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market of builders and she guided us through each step, making sure we understood everything. I have worked with Erin, Tom and the team multiple times, to both buy and sell for myself and multiple family members. They know the area, and are always quick to answer questions. Their support and knowledge are great assets to have on your real estate team. I will continue to recommend them to anyone needing an agent. We purchased our home unseen, that's how much we knew we could trust Erin and her team.

Erin Ward is your dream real estate agent! After our initial visit with her she convinced us within minutes. She came prepared with a stunning presentation and expectations for the sale of my home. It was my first sale and I was nervous but she took away all of my worries. It was the easiest process I have ever dealt with in every aspect of my life. The team that she hired to do video and photos of my home made me a proud homeowner after 4 years of remodeling and home improvements. It was a difficult process for me the past 4 years but she made it to where I felt like my hard work finally paid off. Everything got done within 24 hours (more like 8 hours). Responds to you instantly within 30 minutes. She works 7 days a week and it shows. She sold our house for $20k more than what we expected. Everything just seemed to fall into place. I initially dealt with 3 other agents and they all made me feel worried. But not Erin. I can go on and on and do nothing but brag about her I just hope that you choose her so that you can do the same. Definitely recommending HRVA homes specifically Erin Ward to all my friends, family and fellow military service members. If I get stationed back in Virginia I refuse to use anyone else and will pull her out of retirement if that is the case!
