Erin Ward is your dream real estate agent! After our initial visit with her she convinced us within minutes. She came prepared with a stunning presentation and expectations for the sale of my home. It was my first sale and I was nervous but she took away all of my worries. It was the easiest process I have ever dealt with in every aspect of my life. Erin Ward is quite possibly the best agent ever. I unknowingly at the time got burned when I bought my house (different agent) and just screwed all around. I listed my house with another agent on the market and after 40 days on the market, no offers, and only 3 showings.
